***Water polo practices will begin next week on Thursday, August 1st with a workout and game of Ultimate Frisbee at Hollandia Park from 9AM until around 10:30. Bring water to drink, it will be hot out and the boys will be running around.
On Friday, August 2nd, Coach Derek would like to do a beach work out at Oceanside Harbor starting at 10AM.
The practices at the pool will begin on Monday, August 5th at Palomar College. These practices will be from 7:30 - 9:30 PM. After school starts, the Tuesday and Thursday practices will be 8:00-9:30 PM. MWF will still be 7:30-9:30 The only free parking at Palomar is in lot 14. I will be sending out a parking pass as soon as I get it.
